Role description:

Madina played a crucial role in the Secondary School STEM Building project, joining during the concept design phase following the client's endorsement of the master planning stage. Tasked with translating conceptual ideas into tangible designs, she meticulously collected and analysed all information presented during the master planning stage, initiating explorations of design options using Rhino software. Once the final building mass was determined and approved by the client, Madina transitioned the project to Revit, where she meticulously documented every detail for the design development stage. Additionally, Madina navigated the administrative requirements of the VSBA (client), ensuring compliance with all necessary forms and procedures throughout the project's progression. Her dedication and proficiency enabled her to successfully oversee the project through all stages, from conception to construction. Despite her impending maternity leave, Madina remained actively involved, attending construction site meetings until she was 38 weeks pregnant, demonstrating her commitment to project success and client satisfaction.
