Project description:
The existing site comprises a warehouse of 28,950m2, alongside administrative and workshop spaces. This project aims to demolish approximately 23,060m2 of the unused warehouse space and 400m2 of the existing workshop, opening up the site to the precinct and offering the opportunity to establish a new architectural interface for the tenant’s headquarters. In addition to the demolition, the project includes the modernisation of the existing admin and the provision of new spaces such as a ‘new projects’ future phase, a new electronics section, and a new and improved loading dock, all housed under the structure remaining from the existing warehouse.
